WHY USE A FEEDBACK PLATFORM?

Thanks to the SUPERMOOD platform, we have set up a regular pulse survey to understand, decide, act, measure and move forward!

At ARISTID, there’s no such thing as the status quo, just continuous action to help us all move forward together. Every 6 months, we conduct an internal survey to take the pulse and guide our decisions. Occasional or thematic surveys complete the system to create a real flow of needs and ideas.

The symmetry of care

While customer satisfaction has always been at the heart of ARISTID’s service culture, we’re also interested in our own internal well-being.

At ARISTID, we are convinced of the direct correlation between the quality of the relationship a company maintains with its employees and the quality of the relationship these employees establish with its customers. Quite simply, the better a company takes care of its employees, the better they’ll be able to take care of its customers, which translates into better overall company performance.

Results of our first global satisfaction survey

Survey conducted from June 11 to 25, 2024 among our internal employees

79% of ARISTID employees responded

This very good participation rate demonstrates a real desire on the part of employees to express themselves, and to succeed in improving any points that could be improved. The average participation rate for companies of the same size observed by Supermood is 56%.

Highly homogeneous men/women responses

Out of 15 questions, we have less than 0.1 points difference on average, including 5 completely identical scores. This demonstrates gender equality at ARISTID.

As a reminder, we have a very high Gender Equality INDEX 2024 at 95/100, i.e. +16pts in 2 years.

7 out of 10

are in good spirits at ARISTID and rate their working environnement as pleasant (including 4.5/10 very good).

3/4 of employees 

are not overworked 9/10 are satisfied or very satisfied with their level of autonomy and over 3/4 are satisfied with their work/life balance.

Almost 9 out 10 people

appreciate atmosphere within their team and find their manager benevolent including 6.7/10 who are very satisfied.

No continuous improvement without regular feedback

Our company is in a state of continuous transformation, so our teams’ commitment to our corporate project is one of the keys to our success. The initial results of our first Supermood survey show that we still need to improve in this area. We will be implementing an action plan to ensure that the company’s strategic vision is communicated to everyone, so that every ARISTID employee is on board and confident in his or her own development.

In parallel with the Supermood surveys, we also conducted three employer brand mural sessions in the first quarter of 2024, with over 50 employees participating! This mural consists of a collaborative workshop accessible to everyone. Its objective is to raise awareness about the employee experience and, above all, to co-create the pillars of employer engagement.

These two combined actions provide a qualitative and quantitative vision of our teams’ needs, enabling us to better guide our decisions and investments.
