The Diversity Charter

It is a commitment text that promotes diversity and the fight against discrimination in the workplace.
Launched in 2004, this charter now has more than 5,000 signatories and has inspired the creation of 25 other charters across Europe!

The Diversity Charter shows the vision and ambition of an economically and socially successful society. Signing the Charter means committing to progress! Because it embodies a responsible vision of our society and offers activities and a framework for concrete actions, the Charter is the tool for committed economic actors. Together, let's act for more equal opportunities, inclusion and diversity.

By signing the Charter we commit to

 

  1. Raise awareness among our management teams and managers involved in recruitment, training and career management of the crucial issues of non-discrimination and diversity. This approach will gradually be extended to all of our employees.
  1. Promote equal opportunities by ensuring that the principle of non-discrimination is respected in every management decision and at every stage of human resources management..
  1. Represent the rich diversity of our company within our workforce by valuing cultural, ethnic and social differences at all levels of responsibility.
  1. Communicate this commitment transparently to our employees, customers, partners and suppliers. In order to raise awareness and encourage them to adopt these principles.
  1. Integrate diversity policy into discussions with employee representatives, making its development and implementation a central topic of social dialogue.
  1. Regularly assess our progress and report internally and externally on the concrete results of our actions in favor of diversity.
