ARISTID x OVERGANG, The Employer Brand Mural

WHY THE EMPLOYER BRAND MURAL?

This mural is a collaborative workshop open to everyone, aiming to raise awareness about the employee experience and co-create the pillars of employer engagement. In the first quarter of 2024, ARISTID conducted three mural sessions with over 50 employees participating!

3 objectives of these murals

– Identify and solve challenges related to changes in work
– Involve the collective and engage them sustainably
– Make ideas actionable and concrete, and empower individuals to drive these actions

At the heart of this method are not vague corporate concepts but practical questions about daily life at ARISTID. Through a series of exercises, we identified our strengths and weaknesses and collaboratively envisioned the future ARISTID employee experience.

EMPLOYER BRAND MURAL WORKSHOPS

4 priority workshops are currently underway

In order to give concrete form to the projects that emerged during the frescoes, 4 workshops led by volunteer company employees have emerged.

This collaborative work will have a real impact on the day-to-day life of ARISTID teams, giving each employee the opportunity to be an agent of change within the company and to reveal their potential outside the usual framework!

Complemented by an internal satisfaction survey conducted in June 2024 with Supermood, this insight collection allows us to adapt our operations and prioritize our investments to enhance internal satisfaction.

WORKSHOP 1INCREASING EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION

Our goal: Formalize a manager’s guide on 3 types of recognition: financial, verbal, and event-based. Once approved by management, this guide will help managers better understand the available means to value achievements and reduce disparities.

WORKSHOP 2- TELEWORKING AT ARISTID

Our goal: Define a “remote work guide” to harmonize practices and create a clearer framework with concrete examples. This guide will also help new employees understand ARISTID’s approach to remote work.

WORKSHOP 3- MEETING RULES OF CONDUCT

Our goal: Make our meetings more effective by reducing their number and duration. We’ll work on a “nudge design” method to create, organize, and follow up on meetings, along with more guided Outlook meeting settings.

WORKSHOP 4- EMPOWERING MANAGERS

Our goal: Use AI to boost the skill development of our managers and help them implement the recommendations from the management training they have all completed.
