Paris, April 20, 2021 – CA COM GROUPE, the leading French technology group dedicated to retail communication, and ARMIS, a pioneering platform for digitalizing local retail operations, announce the joint integration of their technological solutions.

This combination gives rise to the first global solution for the industrialization and automation of local digital communication of commercial operations.

Omnipublish from CA COM GROUPE connected to the ARMIS platform

Designed by CA COM GROUPE, the Omnipublish platform is today the only tool capable of digitizing and structuring all the information related to the commercial communication of mass retail brands (name, characteristics, prices, product images and associated promotional offer, etc.). Omnipublish therefore constitutes a secure, harmonized and continuously enriched repository for all promotional data.

For its part, thanks to its AI technology, ARMIS’s SaaS platform transforms this promotional information into digital advertisements optimized locally for each store.

These two solutions are now connected and the flow of promotional information collected by Omnipublish is automatically processed by the ARMIS platform.

This integration facilitates the industrialization and automation of omnichannel commercial communication for brands. From the commercial negotiation carried out by buyers to the personalized local distribution carried out for each store, promotional data is optimized, and the risk of error following multiple entries of commercial information is eliminated. Retailers manage their commercial action plans completely autonomously through a SaaS platform.

“Omnichannel communication poses a real challenge to today’s retail brands. They must perform an almost surgical processing of their data to compose not one offer but an infinite number of offers for their customers. Our data management and administration tools combined with the targeting precision of ARMIS tools are revolutionizing the action plans of these brands and, above all, increasing their commercial efficiency tenfold” Rodolphe Bonnasse, Managing Director of CA Com.

“ Before this integration of our platforms, a series of manual steps were essential to the creation of a local advertising campaign: it was necessary to export an information flow from Omnipublish (promotional flow), rework this flow and then import it into ARMIS. Now, brands can automatically generate campaigns in a few clicks. In addition to a considerable saving of time and better quality, this allows for real industrialization.” add Dan Gomplewicz and David Baranes, co-founders of ARMIS

About ARMIS

ARMIS develops a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform built on Artificial Intelligence that allows brands to increase their omnichannel sales while reducing their marketing costs. The platform automatically generates local digital campaigns for each store – called “multilocal” campaigns – from paper flyers and commercial operations. Brands can thus compete effectively with Internet giants like Amazon by leveraging their most powerful assets: their brands, their offers and their physical stores. Based in Paris, ARMIS was born from the merger of the technology and retail expertise of David Baranes, former VP Market Development of AppNexus (now Xandr, a subsidiary of AT&T), a world leader in online advertising technologies, and Dan Gomplewicz, after 5 years of experience in retail at Danone, Carrefour and E. Leclerc.
