A tool designed to put an end to professional inequalities between men and women
We are pleased to inform you that our Professional Equality INDEX 2023 stands at 91/100, representing a 12-point improvement since 2022.
The M/F Equality Index is mandatory for companies with over 50 employees, and is published on our website on March 1 of each year. The index measures inequalities between men and women within a company and, in the absence of a satisfactory result, enables corrective measures to be put in place in order to get closer to the minimum score, set at 75 points / 100.
Since ARISTID Services has been subject to this obligation, we have always achieved a score higher than the minimum mark of 75 points. This has been made possible in particular by the attention we pay to gender parity when recruiting and through career management within the group.
This index is made up of several clues, so how do you make sense of them?
- General pay gap: 31/40.
This means that there is very little pay gap between men and women in our company for comparable positions. - Difference in individual increase rates: 35/35
This indicator compares the percentage of male employees who have received a raise to the percentage of female employees who have received a raise. - Increase due to maternity leave: 15/15
All employees returning from maternity or adoption leave, during which increases were applied, have been given a raise. - Gender parity among the 10 highest earners: 10/10
This means that in proportion to their number, as many women as men enjoy the highest salaries in the company.
