A tool designed to eliminate professional inequalities between men and women.
We are pleased to inform you that our 2025 Professional Equality INDEX stands at 87/100.
This score is higher than our initial 2022 rating (75/100).
The Men/Women Equality Index is a legal requirement for companies with more than 50 employees. It must be published on our website by March 1st each year. This index helps measure gender inequalities within a company and, if the score is insufficient, requires corrective measures to meet the minimum score of 75 out of 100.
Since ARISTID has been subject to this requirement, we have consistently achieved a score above the minimum threshold of 75 points. This is made possible by our focus on gender balance in recruitment and career management within the group.
This index consists of several indicators:
- General pay gap: 27/40. This wage gap is mainly due to an increase in the hiring of male tech talent following our strategic pivot.
- Individual salary increase gap: 35/35. This indicator compares the percentage of male employees who received raises with the percentage of female employees who received raises.
- Salary increases after maternity leave: 15/15. All employees returning from maternity or adoption leave during a period in which raises were given have received salary increases.
- Representation of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees: 10/10. Proportionally to their representation, every individual has an equal chance of accessing the highest salaries in the company.
The average Professional Equality Index in France for tech companies of similar size in 2024 is around 88 out of 100, placing us within this range. In 2024, our index was 95/100, and in 2023, it was 91/100.
