ARISTID raises awareness among its teams about disabilities

From November 18th to 24th, ARISTID was fully committed to the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH), in collaboration with Gamino, to raise awareness among its employees about different types of disabilities.

 

A rich and interactive program

Every day, employees discovered a new online activity, accessible in just 5 to 10 minutes, with the aim of demystifying certain disabilities and encouraging a more inclusive approach on a daily basis:

  • Monday: The Wheel of Disabilities
    An activity to explore the different types of disabilities and better understand their daily impacts.
  • Tuesday: Blind Test
    An immersion into visual impairment by guessing everyday sounds.
  • Wednesday: LipDub
    An experience to better understand the realities of hearing-impaired people by reading lips.
  • Thursday: Dyslexic Reading
    A challenge to experience the difficulties encountered by people with dyslexic disorders.
  • Friday: Spot on
    An interactive game to better understand disabling diseases and their impact.

Committed and supportive employees

The activities were a great success with the teams. The feedback was numerous, highlighting both the educational and fun nature of the challenges proposed. By participating, employees not only learned: they also contributed to a collective awareness-raising process, essential for building a more inclusive work environment.

Rewards to motivate participation

To thank the participants and encourage them to get involved, gifts were put into play:

“HANDI craft” gourmet boxes as well as good meals at En 10 saveurs, a committed restaurant that employs people with disabilities in order to fight against discrimination, in line with the values ​​of inclusion that we wish to promote.

A lasting commitment

The SEEPH is not an end, but a step in our ongoing commitment to inclusion. ARISTID remains committed to raising awareness, adapting and promoting the employment of people with disabilities. We thank all employees for their participation and commitment to this great initiative.

ARISTID employees shine at the 2024 “Course des Lumières”

 

On Saturday, November 16, ARISTID employees gathered to participate in the Course des Lumières , a sporting and solidarity event organized to support the fight against cancer. Together, our teams proudly illuminated the streets of Paris and Bordeaux, demonstrating their commitment to a cause that touches so many lives.

A collective and united challenge

Walkers and runners took up the challenge in a warm and festive atmosphere. Armed with glow sticks, participants helped raise funds for cancer research and support for those affected.

A huge congratulations to all our employees who took part in this great adventure. Your energy, commitment and enthusiasm make the difference. We are proud to see ARISTID proudly upholding the values ​​of solidarity and kindness.

ARISTID supports “Le Mois sans Tabac” (no tobacco month)

On the program: More clementines for more vitamins! And 30-minutes stress management sessions for smoking and non-smoking employees!

 

For the second consecutive year, ARISTID is committed to supporting its employees in quitting nicotine during No Tobacco Month .

 

 

Our partner

We called on the company Goalmap, which specializes in sophrology, which offered stress management sessions accompanied by relaxation methods.

 

In 3 steps

  • Sophrology session with 4 exercises (including breathing exercises)
  • Tips and reminders for integrating exercises into your daily life
  • Sharing your feelings and self-assessment

Our employees were able to apply several breathing techniques in the presence of a certified sophrologist. A workshop that allowed them to relax and better manage their stress, whether individually or as a team.
